Print-on-Demand Products

Boho Design Company uses high-quality print-on-demand services to create our pillows, posters, and other accessories. Each item is printed especially for you after your order is placed. Orders placed within the United States will be fulfilled at one of two facilities in the US and shipped directly to you from the manufacturer.

Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it will be sent to the printer for completion. This process usually takes about 24 hours. An order cannot be cancelled once it is printed.

Returns and Exchanges

A printed item cannot be returned to the manufacturer unless it is defective. They do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, and because of that, I will not offer refunds on issues that are not related to a defect in the item.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we may work out an exchange for a different item. Please note that you will be liable for shipping costs incurred for the item exchange.
